Open Road Driving Instructor Training specialises in Coaching and Client-Centred Learning. We have been operating for over 20 years. In that time there has been a great deal of change. Before I became a driving instructor in 2008,
I worked in various middle-management roles, always under pressure from company directors, clients and staff.
I have always loved working with people and helping them to achieve their goals. This, coupled with my interest in cars is the main reason why I became a driving instructor. Once qualified I was working with my experienced colleague Nick Cattermole (who qualified in 1998) within our local driving school.
What I decided was that I was stuck in a rut and needed something else, I enjoy being an instructor, the reward and sense of achievement when teaching an individual a life skill is second to none.
One of the best parts of this job is the flexibility and freedom that it gives you to enjoy life!
